Melaseal 100+ Medical Thermosealer from MELAG
The new thermosealer MELAseal 100+ is the successor of the tried and tested MELAseal 100. Its advantages are efficiency, reliability and ease of use.
After a short pre-heating period of 2 minutes only, foils can be sealed one after another without having to pause.
A new feature is the electronically controlled visual and acoustic signal showing that the device is ready for use. In addition, the sealing time and the sealing temperature are electronically tested and If there is any irregularity this is brought to attention by both an optical and acoustic signal.
The temperature of the thermostat is completely variable and thus allows for the use of packages from different manufacturers.
The sealing seam width of 10 mm exceeds the minimum width of 6 mm required according to the European norm EN 868-5 by far and offers additional safety.
Easy sealing
During the sealing procedure, bags can be cut from a roll (e.g. MELAfol) to the required length thanks to the integrated cutting device. Compared to using ready foil bags this is an enormous cost saver.
