During an infection with a rapidly rising and high fever, unexpected complications such as febrile convulsions can suddenly occur. In order to be able to recognize and prevent such a cramp and other symptoms at an early stage, it is advisable to monitor the temperature course regularly, especially in children.

For reliable monitoring of body temperature with the Cosinuss degree° ear thermometer, an innovative in-ear thermometer and an intelligent smartphone app are used. The ergonomic thermometer has a precise infrared sensor that records the temperature in the ear at regular intervals. This is then sent wirelessly via Bluetooth to the free app and both visualized in a clear temperature curve and archived in the in-app calendar. The rise and fall of the body temperature can thus also be viewed retrospectively and any trends can be detected at an early stage.

The Cosinuss degree° thermometer is ready to use in 4 uncomplicated steps:

1. Install the intelligent Cosinuss degree° app for iOS or Android on your smartphone
2. Switch on Cosinuss degree° and pair it with your smartphone via Bluetooth
3. Simply place the ergonomic in-ear thermometer on the child's right ear
4. Now the body temperature is reliably recorded and can be viewed at any time via the app
