Product features

The NC2 dermatoscope has a particularly large overview field thanks to HEINE’s precision optics with a 27 mm lens diameter. It delivers high-quality images and is comfortable to use. The adjustable eyepiece can switch between 0 to +3 dpt., correcting and refocusing as you desire. This NC2 dermatoscope can be used with polarised light for a contactless diagnosis or with the additional contact plate and immersion fluid (e.g. special oil). The homogeneous and bright HEINE LEDHQ illumination ensures you see natural colours and make precise diagnostics.

When used without the contact plate, the NC2 can magnify up to 6x: a hygienic, efficient, and large-view examination. With the contact plate, the dermatoscope can automatically adjust the right distance to the skin area and magnifies the view 10x – you will get clear, reflex-free and detailed images even without immersion fluid. The integrated scale helps to estimate the realistic size.

There is a Li-on rechargeable battery in the NC2 dermatoscope’s handle, which can be charged with a Micro-USB cable. The package includes one E4 USB medically approved power supply unit. It also comes with a matching case for storage and transportation. The whole set can be used in the doctor’s office and for home visits.

Using the iPhone accessories and the HEINE DERM App makes it possible to save the images you get, even when performing non-contact examinations. The HEINE DERM App is easy to use and allows the user to quickly and easily monitor and document the data. It is also possible to magnify the images even more (up to 30x).
