Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

We work with DHL, a global logistics expert, in order to guarantee fast and easy order delivery. This page has an overview of the delivery times for different countries. Simply search for your country in the table below.

We do our best to stick to the indicated timespans. However, these are non-binding, since we also depend on the supplier delivering us the correct products in time. Products we have in stock can usually leave our premises within 1-2 days.

Free Kerb Delivery

Your order will be delivered directly to the nearest kerbside by a forwarding agent. Please enter your telephone number in the last step of the ordering process. This will ensure that we can coordinate the delivery smoothly with you.

Customs Clearance Information

If your delivery address is outside the European Union, please note that we have no influence on whether customs will open parcels for clearance. Any duties, taxes or fees that may be charged upon import are not included in the product price and are only your responsibility. We cannot predict or influence these costs as customs regulations vary from country to country. If you would like more information, please contact your local customs office before purchasing.

NB: As an importer you must comply with all applicable regulatory requirements of your country.

Delivery of Download Products

No shipping costs apply to download products. If your shopping cart also contains physical items, shipping fees may apply – unless you reach the free-shipping threshold. After payment, you will receive the PDF directly by e-mail, and you can also access it at any time in your customer profile under “Orders”.
