KERN FOB 7K-4NLO Organ balance

The  FOB 7K-4NLO organ balance from KERN enables specific weighing of tissues and organs with practical additional functions. The modern design and stainless steel construction make the scale ideal for use in laboratories and pathology. The dual-range scale automatically switches to the larger weighing range with higher readability as soon as the smaller weighing range is exceeded. The result obtained can then be read off in small numerical increments. In addition, the scale is dust and splash-proof and can be easily disinfected thanks to the stainless steel.

Practical additional functions of the FOB 7K-4NLO organ balance

For precise measurement results during weighing and as support in everyday laboratory work, the balance has various additional functions.

With the tare function , the respective tare weight of preloads can be determined and tared in advance. This function is suitable in the laboratory for glassware and reagent holders, for example. Only the tared weight is then subsequently shown on the display.

In addition, the organ balance has a hold function, which allows the measured result to be frozen in the display for later processing. This allows documentation to be done without haste.

Thanks to the integrated auto-off function, , the scale switches itself off after a short time. This conserves batteries and saves the additional effort of deactivating the scale manually.
