The Classic III stethoscope in the Smoke Edition from Littmann can score points not only with its smoky design, but also with quality typical of Littmann. The gray-colored chestpiece distinguishes the Smoke Edition and is highly polished, while the earpieces, which are also gray, remain unpolished in the background. The black tubing complements the overall picture. Precise auscultation is made possible by the dual-frequency membranes on both sides of the chestpiece - regardless of whether the patient is an adult or a child. A cold ring can easily replace the membranes so that the pediatric side of the chestpiece can be changed to an open funnel.

The reflex hammer "Klopp" from DocCheck not only has a robust metal handle, but also has a relatively heavy hammer head. This allows you to use the same force when checking your patient's reflexes with the help of gravity and thus obtain comparable results.
