PremiCron suture material from B. Braun is a non-absorbable multifilament with a coated surface. It is characterized by easy handling with reliable knotting properties. The green thread made of braided polyester fiber is used in cardiac surgery, e.g. for valve replacement. The synthetic material is available as a ready-to-use needle-thread combination in various thicknesses.
