The oxygen goggle is a tube that delivers medical oxygen to the patient via the nose and is to be connected to oxygen equipment. Although the patient can eat and drink without problems when ventilated through the nose - unlike with the oxygen mask - it should be remembered that oxygen goggles must be changed every 24 h at the latest. They are smaller and easier to handle than oxygen masks. Since the tube of the oxygen goggles is 1.80 m long, there is no significant restriction of the patient's freedom of movement and he can be transported and treated easily.
