HEINE Optotechnik Heine HSL 150 hand-held slit lamp

HEINE developed the hand-held slit lamp HSL 150 for the easy examination of the anterior eye segment. It is especially suitable for all situations in human and veterinary medicine where a light and mobile slit lamp facilitates eye examinations or no conventional instrument is available. The device’s equipment includes bright xenon halogen lighting, a magnifier with 6x magnification, and a connectable blue interference filter (FITC). Due to its optics with multiple antireflective coatings and the continuously adjustable slit size, it enables detailed eye examinations with different light exposure methods. The HSL 150 hand-held slit lamp is available in two versions: With the BETA4 SLIM battery handle, it is perfect for home visits. In a set with the BETA4 SLIM NT rechargeable handle and the NT4 table charger, the ophthalmological instrument is always charged and close at hand for optometry examinations.
