MIR’s innovative Spirodoc spirometeris a multifunctional stand-alone device for professional respiratory diagnostics. When purchased with the additional oximetry function, Spirodoc is both a handheld spirometer and a 3D oximeter for measuring undersaturation during exercise, sleep and everyday activities. The detachable flowmeter head facilitates mobile use of the oximetry function when performing 6-minute walk tests and sleep tests. All functions are displayed on the clear touchscreen, and the device is also PC-compatible thanks to the winspiroPRO software. A rechargeable Li-ion battery with a long service life and a large internal memory provide support for long-term tests. The Spirodoc spirometer has been developed for use in the health facilities, but it can also be configured for patient use. The spirometer is available in different versions: with an additional oximetry function (not retrofittable) incl. finger sensor and/or a sustainable reusable turbine.
