Extended range of functions of the 856 laboratory balance

For precise measurement results during weighing and as support in everyday laboratory work, the seca 856 precision balance has some practical additional functions.

With the tare function , the respective tare weight of preloads can be determined and tared in advance. This function is suitable in the laboratory, for example, for glass vessels and reagent holders. Only the tared weight is then subsequently shown on the display.

The balance also has a hold function, which allows the measured result to be frozen in the display. This means that the measured value can be documented at a later time without any hurry.

Thanks to the integrated Auto-Off function , the laboratory balance switches itself off after a short time. This conserves the batteries and saves the additional effort of deactivating the balance manually.
