For functional testing of the optical system, the Roche CARDIAC IQC control is measured in the Roche cobas h 232 instrument. The reusable control strips are used for internal quality assurance of the instrument measuring range (high/low). Each package contains a code chip from which the lot-specific calibration data and target value ranges are automatically read.
