The use of D-Heart is suited for monitoring heart health, recognizing possible tachycardia and arrhythmia, clarifying unclear symptoms, or monitoring the efficacy of a drug. Thanks to the app available for iOS and Android, which guides you through the execution of an ECG step-by-step, the device is easy to operate. Through the use of artificial intelligence, the D-Heart app recognizes the anatomical proportions of the chest and shows the user how to position the electrodes correctly for measurement.

The portable ECG D-Heart is especially useful for general practitioners, cardiologists, nurses, pharmacists, and first responders, and offers the following possibilities:

• Conducting preliminary examinations on patients who come to the doctor’s office because of cardiac symptoms
• Conducting 12-channel control ECG measurements on all patients after a certain drug treatment
• Simple conducting of ECG measurements on elderly patients or patients with a walking impediment as part of home visits

The use of D-Heart on patients

An ECG that is just as reliable as one made at the hospital! D-Heart is the ideal companion for monitoring an already initiated treatment of a diagnosed heart problem. D-Heart’s advantage over other ECG devices is not only its intuitive operation, but the multitude of channels that allow it to recognize and even localize complex arrhythmias. Should a patient, for example, still show symptoms after an ablation due to auricular fibrillation, cardiologists recommend recording an ECG in order to be able to determine further treatment measures. The round-the-clock telecardiology service enables patients to request a professional evaluation of ECG recordings.
