ERKA Finesse² – The absolute all-rounder

The switchable chestpiece of the ERKA Finesse² Stethoscope combines two membrane sides. Each of them enable a perfect audition of the complete frequency spectrum. The large membrane side is designed for auscultating high and low frequency sounds in adults, while the small membrane side is well suited for children or thin patients. The ERKA convex membrane of the stethoscope has a base tension that allows excellent resonance and sound transmission. This makes the ERKA Finesse² a universal aid. It is particularly suitable for general practitioners as well as internists, pulmonologists, and cardiologists. However, emergency doctors, paramedics, medical students and anesthesiologists will also enjoy the brilliant resonance and sound transmission of the Finesse two-sided stethoscope.

The ergonomically shaped chestpiece will allow you to auscultate hard-to-reach body parts. The hand-polished, pore-free, and chrome-plated brass surface is particularly hygienic. The non-chill rim on both side protect the membranes and ensure maximum comfort for your patient.

The ERKA Finesse² Stethoscope features two parallel inner tubes that block any friction noises. This optimizes the sound image and minimizes background noise. The spring tension setting ensures that no acoustics get lost on the way from the chestpiece to the ear. The ergonomically shaped and standard 15° angled eartips can be individually adjusted to your ear canal.
