Since 1907, Spengler, the French leader in medical diagnostic devices, has been manufacturing state-of-the-art medical instruments such as stethoscopes to support healthcare professionals. Its stethoscopes combine design, comfort, precision and performance to perfectly fit the daily practice of healthcare professionals and thus enhance the relationship with their patients. The French manufacturer designs boldly creative medical instruments that push the limits of medical diagnosis and disrupt conventions. By creating the first blood pressure monitor in 1907, the French medical pioneers Emile Spengler, Charles Laubry and Henri Vaquez created an inseparable blood pressure monitor/stethoscope pair.
DocCheck store is proud to count since April 2022 among its suppliers the French leader Spengler and to contribute to perpetuate the transmission of the French know-how in terms of professional medical equipment. We offer you on the DocCheck store a wide range of medical devices for diagnosis that will meet your expectations, even in the most complex situations.
Spengler is revolutionizing the field of medical diagnostics so that healthcare professionals can work more accurately and efficiently. The idea of designing stethoscopes that meet the most stringent requirements was born from the desire to review all the factors influencing sound using the latest technology from the CNRS laboratory in Marseille. The researchers of the Spengler family, in cooperation with the engineering students of the CNRS, measured all the possible variations and their consequences on the acoustic restitution within the framework of a medical examination located between 0 and 1400 hertz.
The DocCheck store has selected for you professional stethoscopes that break records in terms of efficiency and precision: the PULSE II and MAGISTER II stethoscopes. These two stethoscopes are the reincarnation of Spengler's desire to push the limits of medical diagnosis. Unlike other stethoscopes on the market, Spengler stethoscopes deliver outstanding performance with exceptional acoustics.
Spengler stethoscopes have specific features that allow them to compete with the American leader 3M Littmann on the medical market. Spengler brand medical devices are made of materials that offer increased acoustic sensitivity and a comfortable examination. They fit snugly over the blood pressure cuff with thin edges designed to adhere perfectly to the ends of the blood pressure cuff. An innovative feature of Spengler stethoscopes is the bell indicator. Now you can easily identify which side of the bell is active by the red light at the base of your stethoscope bell. Whether you decide on a single or double bell stethoscope, experience a high-precision bell for outstanding acoustic performance, a high-resolution diaphragm and soft tips for perfect isolation. Browse the DocCheck store range and enjoy high-end technological performance at attractive prices!
The MAGISTER II professional stethoscope is in demand thanks to its top performance. It is versatile and efficient in all situations. The MAGISTER II stethoscope is especially designed for general medicine, as it meets the requirements of all types of auscultation and patients. However, it can also be used in other medical fields, as it has a higher accuracy.
An innovative heavy-duty horn
Spengler has revolutionized the use of the stethoscope by providing time-saving and practicality: a red dot engraved on the base of the bell. This simple red dot indicates immediately and very legibly the active side of the bell, adult or pediatric, for double bell stethoscopes.
The stainless steel bell of the MAGISTER II stethoscope has been made heavier. The added material makes it possible to better capture even the smallest sound waves and thus improve the stethoscope's performance. The double chest-piece of the MAGISTER II is equipped with two receivers. The larger receiver is equipped with a floating membrane. This floating diaphragm allows high and low frequency perception for cardiac, ventilatory and vascular auscultations. In addition, the Spengler stethoscope can listen to other body sounds depending on the pressure exerted on the floating membrane. The second receiver, which is the "bell" part of the bell, allows you to pick up lower sounds. Now you can switch from an adult to a child patient with the same accuracy thanks to the dual bell of the Spengler MAGISTER II stethoscope.
Longer tubing and ergonomic chest-piece
The Spengler MAGISTER II stethoscope is equipped with a single tube made of noise-reducing material. The longer tubing is made of a noise-reducing material. It measures 60 cm, which perfectly combines comfort of use and acoustic performance. The length of the stethoscope's tubing allows handling in a wide range of auscultation.
The lyre has been redesigned following studies in collaboration with engineering students from the CNRS in Marseille. It is now less angular, more rounded to better accompany the acoustic wave, thus delivering a purer sound. Moreover, the ear tips are made of silicone for a better isolation of parasitic noises and an increased wearing comfort.
Order your new MAGISTER II stethoscope on the DocCheck store, become a heavyweight champion and don't let any noise pass during your examination for a more accurate diagnosis!
The PULSE II stethoscope is Spengler's lightweight and versatile stethoscope in a robust design. This Spengler stethoscope is especially suitable for nursing staff and control diagnostics. In addition, it is particularly effective for blood pressure measurement in auscultatory mode and for listening to Korotkoff sounds. The Spengler PULSE II stethoscope was developed in collaboration with engineering students from the CNRS and the Ecole CENTRALE in Marseille.
Single or double bell, the choice is yours!
The new Pulse II stethoscopes deliver exceptional acoustics, allowing the imperceptible to be perceived. Available in single or double bell, Spengler has brought the same listening finesse to these precision instruments.
The bell is made of aluminum, which makes it 31 grams lighter than the MAGISTER II stethoscope. The bell of the PULSE II stethoscope offers good acoustic performance despite its low weight. The two anti-cold rings attached to the bell allow easy insertion under the blood pressure cuff, thus providing perfect shock resistance. The anti-shock protection covers the bell to absorb shocks and reduce deformation. In addition, this new generation stethoscope has a bell indicator that will let you know which side of the bell is active.
The tubing of the PULSE II stethoscope is 60 cm long, just like the MAGISTER II stethoscope, which allows auscultation over a large surface area in complete comfort. The Spengler stethoscope's aluminum lyre is less angular and facilitates the evolution of sound waves to improve performance while maintaining a light weight. The ear tips of the PULSE II stethoscope are made of silicone, which provides high wearing comfort and perfect isolation against external noise. The Spengler PULSE II stethoscope is the lightweight and reliable diagnostic instrument for nurses and healthcare professionals who are always on the move.
