3M Littmann Classic III Stethoscope Overview
The dual-frequency diaphragm on both sides of the chestpiece allows for precise auscultation of both children and adults. You can also easily replace the membrane with non-chill rim to convert the pediatric side of the chestpiece into an open bell.
Compared to previous models, the design, material, and technology of the Classic III Stethoscope have been further improved. The new tubing system is significantly more resistant to skin oils and alcohol than its predecessors. This gives it a longer lifespan and makes it more resistant to stains and discoloration.
