3M Littmann Classic III stethoscope overview

The Dual Frequency diaphragm on both sides of the chest piece allows for precise auscultation of both pediatric and adult patients. You can easily replace the diaphragm with a non-chill rim to convert the pediatric side of the chest piece into an open bell.

Compared to previous models, the design, material, and technology of the Classic III stethoscope have been further improved. The new tubing system is significantly more resistant to skin oils and alcohols than its predecessors, resulting in longer durability and better resistance to stains and discoloration.
