3M Littmann Classic III stethoscopes at a glance

Littmann’s dual-frequency diaphragm on both sides of the chest piece allows for the highest precision when auscultating children and adults. It enables a simple switch between high and low frequencies by varying the contact pressure without switching from the diaphragm to the bell. The diaphragm can also be easily replaced with a non-chill ring to turn the pediatric side of the chest piece into an open bell.

The chest piece offers excellent acoustic sensitivity during all physical examinations.
