Helpful additional functions of the KERN MPE personal scale

The MPE personal scale has an increased range of functions, which ensures improved measurement accuracy and provides assistance in further diagnosis. Over the integrated Dynamic Weighing function it is possible to determine also with restless patients a reliable result. The personal scale calculates a representative average value from several individual measurements. 

The version with an integrated length measuring rod also allows the MPE column scale to be used via the BMI function function, the MPE column scale calculates the body mass index at the touch of a button from the user's height and weight.

In the event of a preload, the tarefunction can be used to tare away the patient's own weight so that only the actual weight of the patient is subsequently displayed. This function is particularly suitable for weighing infants together with their parents. In this case, the weight of the parent is measured first and then the weight of the parent together with that of the baby. 

In addition, the personal scale has a hold function, which allows the measured result to be frozen in the display for later processing. This allows the doctor to deal with further patient consultation without haste.
