Der Schlauch verliert nach wenigen Jahren die Elastizität und reisst dann später ein. Ein Austausch des Schlauches alleine ist nicht möglich. Stethoskop hält also ca 4-5 Jahre.

Ich arbeite seit meinem Studium mit Littmann-Stethoskopen, habe sie inzwischen in allen Größen und verschiedenen Farben und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Für meine Kinderarztpraxis habe ich gerne farbige Artikel. Das Blau ist wirklich hübsch, und der Rest ist gewohnte Littmann-Qualität.

Ich habe es vor 4 Jahren in blau gekauft, jetzt ist der Schlauch massiv spröde und schon gebrochen...Ersatzschläuche gibt es nicht.
