Tekno-Medical Sharp Double-Spoon, Martini-type

Sharp double spoons according to Martini are surgical instruments which, similar to the model according to Willinger and Volkmann, are equipped with circular spoons. The double spoon is intended for bone surgery, as a surgical spoon, and not to be used as an excavator in dental medicine.

Double spoon

This instrument is a sharp double spoon - double ended and straight. The Martini spoon is made of high quality stainless steel. This makes these instruments very quick and easy to clean, disinfect and sterilize. These are surgical instruments - more precisely, bone surgical instruments - and as such they should really only be used in surgery. The sharp double spoon according to Martini is therefore not suitable as a dental surgical instrument.
