Surgicryl Rapid suture material by SMI
Surgicryl Rapid suture material from SMI is a synthetic multifilament with rapid substance absorption. As the tensile strength already decreases by 50% after approx. 7 days, it is particularly suitable for wound closure in superficial procedures. The surgical suture material is characterized by low tissue reaction and very good knot security. The coating ensures gentle tissue traction with minimal sawing effect. The ready-to-use needle-thread combinations are available in various needle sizes.
