MöLab’s mö-screen LH ovulation test is an efficient rapid test for detecting luteinizing hormone (LH) in human urine. The test has been specifically designed for health professionals to determine when somebody is ovulation. The immunochromatographic test detects LH in urine samples at a 30 mIU/ml concentration. It uses antibodies, including monoclonal LH antibodies, to selectively detect elevated LH levels. The test can then indicate if the person will be ovulating within the next 24–36 hours. Not every menstrual cycle has an ovulation phase/high LH levels. However, the test is a reliable tool for determining ovulation and the most fertile days.
