Mepilex XT sterile foam dressing by Mölnlycke
Mepilex XT foam dressing from Mölnlycke is a soft and highly conformable foam dressing and is ideal for treating moderately exuding wounds with normal, viscous and highly viscous exudate. Compared to conventional foam dressings, Mepilex absorbs fluid more quickly. Due to the silicone contact layer with special Safetac technology, the foam dressing adheres only to the intact skin and not to the wound - resulting in less damage to the wound and skin during dressing changes. The sealing of the wound edges additionally prevents maceration.
