3M Cavilon Advanced Skin Protectant applicator

The Cavilon Advanced Skin Protectant applicator from 3M contains a dispersion of a cyanoacrylate polymer that forms a long-lasting protective barrier on dry, moist, and damaged skin. This sterile single-use applicator is used to prevent damage caused by shear forces, moisture, and irritants such as stool and urine. The unique professional care technology forms a breathable barrier film that remains on the skin for several days. This protective film plays a key role in preventing incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD) and protecting stressed skin from friction and further damage.
