The Elastomull haft fixation bandage from BSN is used to fix bandages and splints. Due to the micropunctual latex application, the bandage adheres to itself, but not to the skin, hair or clothing. In addition, it does not require final fixation. The elastic properties of BSN Elastomull haft bandage allow uncomplicated application. The woven structure of different fibers ensures a non-slip fit even on joints and conical parts of the body.
