OCULUS TNO stereo test

The TNO stereo test is suitable for assessing depth perception (stereopsis) and for early detection of amblyopia, especially in children aged 2.5 to 5 years. It is also used in occupational health screenings to assess stereoscopic vision. The test consists of 6 test plates in a ring binder format: three screening plates for routine examinations, one suppression test plate, and two plates for quantitatively measuring stereo acuity. The included red-green glasses allow for easy testing, during which the patient tries to identify objects that appear in front of the image plane. The TNO stereo test allows for the early detection of binocular vision impairments, which is crucial for initiating timely therapeutic interventions.
