A product purchased from us is defective and you would like us to help you solve the issue at hand? Please complete the form as thoroughly as possible to ensure smooth processing. The more information we receive from you, the better we can handle your request.

Indication of reason for complaint

Please select whether your complaint concerns missing, defective, or repairable goods. Depending on the case, we require different information to process your request as efficiently as possible.

Please provide your order, delivery note, or invoice number as well as the article number or product name, so we can directly assign and process your request.

Please describe the defect/fault on the product as precisely as possible. Also indicate any application steps necessary to reproduce the error.
