3M Littmann Cardiology IV Stethoscope at a glance
The one-sided Dual-Frequency diaphragm on both parts of the chestpiece allows for great precision while auscultating both children and adults. The new and improved Cardiology IV also makes high frequencies more easily perceptible. Besides, you can easily replace the one-sided diaphragm with a non-chill rim, converting the pediatric side to an open bell.
The chestpiece of the Cardiology IV has been precisely designed, featuring now a more stylish and less angular shape. The new tubing-system is significantly more resistant to skin oils and alcohols than its predecessors. As a result, it is significantly more durable, stain-proof and less likely to discolor.

Parfait ! Très esthétique et fonctionnel
Wie auch bei den letzten Littmann Stethoskopen wirklich gut
top Qualität, man hört viel intensiver
Tolle Klangqualität (deutlich besser als das Classic), tolle Farbe und schöne Gravur. Oliven in zwei Größen dabei: perfekter Sitz ohne Drücken und mit guter Dichtung.

Sehr gutes Stethoskop in gewohnter Littmann-Qualität. Empfehlenswert.
Deutlich bessere Akustik als beim Classic!
Sehr schönes Stethoskop mit wie immer guter Qualität
Leider ist der Schlauch des Stethoskopes sehr "klebrig". Das Material, das auf Nachfrage extra robust gegen Hautöle und Desinfektionsmittel sein soll, fühlt sich schon im Neuzustand so an, als wäre es dutzende Male falsch desinfiziert. Dreck und Staub bleiben daran sehr gut haften. Laut Kundenservice sei das normal. Hygienisch ist das für mich nicht. Mit der Tonqualität und der Verarbeitung bin ich allerdings zufrieden. In Anbetracht des hohen Preises daher 3 Sterne.

Habe nichts auszusetzen. Nach ein paar Jahren muss man Teile austauschen, aber auch das ist normal. Bei dem Preis kann man nicht meckern.

Die Oliven des Stethoskops sind super verarbeitet und drücken überhaupt nicht, das Problem hatte ich bei anderen Herstellern. Die Farbe ist schlicht und der Preis fair. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Am Anfang bin ich skeptisch gewesen, weil ich vorher immer ein anderes Gerät hatte. Ich wollte aber mal etwas neues ausprobieren und wow, bin begeistert. Der Ton ist super, die Qualität fühlt sich hochwertig an und es sitzt super.
