Bone Wax by SMI
SMI's Bone Wax is suitable for mechanical hemostasis on bone surfaces. The composition of the product is based on a mixture of beeswax and isopropyl palmitate. This allows the bone wax to be easily shaped and applied by hand. When applied intraosseously, the bone wax reduces the risk of infection thanks to its antimicrobial properties.
