möLab mö-quick H. pylori Blood Test

MöLab's mö-quick H. pylori blood test is an immunochromatographic test that quickly and easily detects H. pylori antibodies in human whole blood, serum or plasma. This professional rapid test is used for the diagnosis of H. pylori infections and uses a combination of H. pylori antigen-coated particles and anti-human IgG. The test is easy to use and qualitative results are available in as little as 10 minutes.

Early detection and treatment of existing H. pylori infections

Untreated H. pylori infection can have long-term consequences, including the development of gastric ulcers, chronic gastritis and, in some cases, gastric cancer. In severe cases, untreated H. pylori infection can also lead to life-threatening bleeding or perforation of the stomach or duodenum. Therefore, it is important to detect and treat H. pylori infection early. The mö-quick H. pylori test can detect color-conjugated and immobilized H. pylori antigen particles within 10 minutes. The sample material is pulled through the membrane of the test cassette to perform the test and binds to the antigen-coated color particles on the membrane. When antibodies to H. pylori are present, a clearly visible red line appears in the test region (T). Another red line in the control region (C) indicates that the test is working correctly and the result window is clear.
