Welch Allyn MacroView Plus otoscope head with iExaminer

The Welch Allyn MacroView Plus otoscope head features a wide-angle lens for an expanded field of view and larger images. The device can be used comfortably with regular eyeglasses, as manual focusing is no longer required.

With the iExaminer system, it can be converted into a digital otoscope. The free iExaminer Pro app is available for iOS and Android and allows, among other functions, the selection of the best images from a 30-second examination recording.

How to use the iExaminer Pro system

The iExaminer Pro system can be combined with the latest Welch Allyn devices MacroView Plus and PanOptic Plus. Using the free iExaminer Pro app on a personal smartphone makes transitioning from optical examination to digital image capture particularly easy. The SmartBracket is attached to the camera of a compatible smartphone and mounted on the instrument head.
