How to play

The players split into two teams: internists and surgeons. One player takes on the role of the patient and describes the diagnosis printed in bold on a card to their team. They may not use any part of the diagnosis itself or any of the forbidden words listed below it. The opposing team monitors the description. If the diagnosis is guessed correctly, the guessing team receives the card. If a forbidden term is used or a diagnosis is skipped, the card goes to the opposing team. As soon as the ECG timer emits a continuous tone after 90 seconds, the round ends and the other team takes its turn.
