Suture material Monosyn Quick by B. Braun
The absorbable Monosyn Quick suture material from B. Braun is a short-term tear-resistant monofilament made of glyconate. 5 days after implantation, 70-80% of the tensile strength remains, after 10 days it is only 20-30%. Therefore, the smooth undyed suture is suitable for adaptation of soft tissues and mucous membranes. The synthetic suture is available as ready-to-use needle/thread combination in various strengths.
