Roche CoaguChek INRange Analyzing Device with Bag

Roche’s CoaguChek INRange analyzing device is a coagulometer for measuring prothrombin times. It allows patients to quickly and easily measure and document their own coagulation values. After receiving appropriate training from a professional, patients can do this on their own and adjust their medication correspondingly. All they will need for performing a test is a small blood sample from the fingertip.

The CoaguChek INRange coagulometer features intuitive menu navigation and a large internal memory with various reminder features. Measured values can also be saved together with date, time and comments and transferred to a PC via USB or Bluetooth. The stored values can then be discussed with the doctor every three months.

The CoaguCheck INRange coagulometer’s bag contains all the important tools a patient will need for self-testing at home. In addition to the appropriate test strips, the bag also contains a lancing device and lancets. The application is simple and can be carried out in 4 steps:

• Step 1: Insert the test strip into the coagulometer.
• Step 2:After the device has warmed up, use the CoaguChek XS Softclix lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood from the fingertip
• Step 3:Apply the drop to the test strip within 15 seconds.
• Step 4:Read measured coagulation value after about one minute.
