KERRASOL wound gel by 3M
The 3M KERRASOL wound gel is suitable for cleaning wounds. It moisturises, loosens incrustations and promotes wound healing. The proven active ingredient sodium hypochlorite has an antiviral, antibacterial and fungicidal effect. The active principle of oxidation disinfects directly in the wound without building up resistance. The Kerrasol wound gel in a tube is easy to apply and should not be missing in any first-aid bag.
