Kerramax Care superabsorbent wound dressing by 3M

The 3M Kerramax Care superabsorbent wound dressing is suitable for the management of heavily exuding wounds, including pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, and diabetic foot ulcers. Its multilayer construction with Exu-Safe technology enables efficient absorption and retention of wound exudate, bacteria, and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs). The exudate is distributed evenly both horizontally and vertically, helping to reduce maceration and wound infections. The superabsorbent core securely locks in fluid and protects the wound bed. Edge sealing prevents exudate leakage, while the soft, double-sided nonwoven material ensures a high level of comfort. The dressing also maintains its absorption performance under compression therapy.
