HARTMANN Atrauman Ag ointment dressings

HARTMANN Atrauman Ag is a non-adhesive wound contact layer coated with elemental silver. The resulting antibacterial properties help prevent wound infections and promote fast wound healing. The dressings are permeable to secretions, particularly soft, and highly drapable. Thanks to the non-medicated ointment impregnation, they do not adhere to the wound and allow for an atraumatic dressing change.

Ointment dressings for wound care

The fibers of HARTMANN Atrauman Ag dressings are coated with elemental silver and are suitable for treating chronic wounds and acute burns. This wound contact layer is impregnated with a neutral ointment base without additives and nourishes the wound edges. The non-adhesive mesh structure allows secretions to drain and prevents maceration. Atrauman Ag is also suitable for use on sensitive skin. The dressings function in direct contact with an absorbent wound dressing, such as the Zetuvit Plus dressing, and can also be used in negative pressure wound therapy systems.
