The Cusco speculum is a gynecological instrument for vaginal examination and minor outpatient procedures. It is used to gently widen the vaginal walls, providing access to the cervix. Due to its shape, it is particularly suitable for transvaginal examinations in gynecology as well as for sample collection in cervix diagnostics. The Swiss model is known for its sturdy construction and ease of use. Made of stainless steel, it is suitable for repeated clinical use and can be sterilized in an autoclave.
