The ERKA Finesse Child Stethoscope features an excellent resonance and sound transmission, having been adapted to perfectly auscultate infant and children. It also features a friendly smiley on the small membrane side. The switchable membrane sides of this stethoscope will make both high and low frequency sounds in both children and infants audible. The larger membrane (⌀ 33 mm) is suitable for auscultating children or thin patients, while the smaller membrane (⌀ 21.3 mm) can be used on infants and toddlers. The ERKA convex membrane of the combined chestpiece has a base tension that allows for a perfect audition of the complete frequency spectrum. The ERKA Finesse Stethoscope is particularly suitable for pediatricians, emergency doctors, cardiologists, infant care workers, and midwives.
