SmartMonitoring is a digital cloud-based service from LIEBHERR designed for commercial use. It records alarm states and temperatures of professional refrigerators and freezers and presents them visually in a browser-based application. The SmartMonitoring license provides a device-specific, simple, non-transferable, time-limited usage right.

To use the SmartMonitoring license, a SmartMonitoring-compatible refrigerator or freezer is required. A MyLiebherr business account must be created, and the device intended for the license must be registered.

Data protection is a top priority with SmartMonitoring. The application complies with the latest GDPR regulations. Advanced encryption methods and authentication standards are employed for secure data transmission. The underlying cloud infrastructure meets ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certifications.
