Plum QuickRinse eye wash ampoules

PLUM Quick-Rinse eyewash ampoules are a quick and hygienic solution for flushing foreign bodies from the eyes. Each ampoule contains 20 ml of sterile sodium chloride and is fixed in a handy dispenser that can be easily mounted on the wall. The dispenser contains 5 ampoules and can also be used in the PLUM Quickfix patch dispenser.

Application of Quick-Rinse eyewash ampoules

Each PLUM Quick-Rinse eyewash ampoule contains 20 ml of sterile sodium chloride solution with a content of 0.9 %, which corresponds to the natural tear fluid of the human eye. The ampoules are stored in a handy dispenser that can be easily hung on the wall orattached with  self-adhesive tape  adhesive strips. If a foreign object enters the eye, the ampoule can be quickly twisted off the holder to hygienically rinse the eye. By gently squeezing the ampoule, the liquid can be dripped onto the affected eye to quickly remove dust, dirt, splinters or chemicals such as solvents and oils and prevent possible injury. For contact with acids and alkalis, the flushing time is two minutes. Quick-Rinse eyewash ampoules are ideal for potentially hazardous areas such as laboratories, workshops, or manufacturing facilities where injuries from foreign objects or chemicals to the eye may occur.
