Obacht, wenn Sie hier bestellen! Venenfinder samt Halterung bestellt. Ware kam, Halterung verkratzt, verätzt. Sofortige Reklamation.Hinweis gegeben, dass Produkt ohne Halterung nicht nutzbar ist und auch zurückgegeben wird, wenn kein neuwertiger Ersatz. Ersatz ebenfalls beschädigt. 3. Ersatz wurde dann gar nicht mehr zugeschickt, weil ebenfalls defekt.Sie lehnen eine Rücknahme des Venenfinders ab, weil angeblich kein Zusammenhang mit der Halterung besteht und verweisen auf ihre AGBs. Laut § 437 Nr. 2 i. V. m. § 323 Abs. 5 Satz 1 BGB ist eine Rückgabe möglich. Da sie sich komplett verweigern, geht der Vorgang nun zum Anwalt und es wird Klage eingereicht.Preis Venenfinder: knapp € 1900.- zzgl. Halterung € 214.-DocCheck hat wirklich eine beeindruckende Form des "Kundenservices". Eine glatte 6. Bestellen Sie besser woanders.
Vorab: einem derart hochwertigen und professionellen med. Gerät in dieser Preisklasse, eine abkopierte Kurzbedienungsanleitung mit wenig Inhalten und diese dann auch noch in Englisch, beizulegen, ist zurückhaltend beschrieben, maximal dürftig!Die Handhabung ist einfach, die Brillianz der einstellbaren sichtbar gemachten Gefäßstrukturen durch div. Modi/Farben ist sehr gut gelungen. Im Praxisalltag ein wundererbarer Helfer, besonders bei Patienten mit feiner o. tiefliegender Gefäßzeichnung (z.B. Kinder, etc.). Der spez. dazu passende Stativrollwagen ist m.E. obligat wenn solo punktiert wird. Qualitativ aufeinander abgestimmt und optimal zu befestigen, mit ausreichender Verstellbarkeiten.

Das Gerät hat meine Erfahrung bei der Venenlokalisierung deutlich verbessert. Die Anzeige macht die Bedienung mühelos, und die Vielfalt der Bildgrößen, Anzeigemodi und Farboptionen ermöglicht eine individuelle Anpassung an verschiedene Patientengruppen.
