Surgicryl Monofast suture material by SMI
The synthetic SMI Surgicryl Monofast suture material consists of monofilament polyglecaprone 25 and is absorbed within approx. 3 months with minimal tissue reaction. The flexible and supple thread material offers excellent handling properties and is easy tie in a knot. The uniform filament diameter ensures the tissue passes smoothly without a sawing effect. The ready-to-use needle-suture combinations are available in various needle types and suture sizes.
