Lohmann & Rauscher Lomatuell Pro contact layer

The Lohmann & Rauscher Lomatuell Pro contact layer is a gel-forming contact layer made of synthetic open-mesh gauze with an open structure. The wound dressing is impregnated with a polymer matrix containing petrolatum and hydrocolloids, which forms a gel upon contact with wound fluid and largely prevents the dressing from adhering to the wound. Lomatuell Pro can be used for all exudate levels, supports wound healing, and enables atraumatic dressing changes.
