The HydroTac transparent wound dressing from HARTMANN is a sterile and moisturizing gel dressing. The semi-permeable membrane protects the wound from bacterial penetration. The high water content of 60 % additionally supports wound healing. The wound dressing is ideally suited for the care of dry and low exuding wounds in the granulation and epithelization phase. Due to the transparent material, wound infections and the time of the change interval can be easily recognized.
