Smith & Nephew OpSite Flexifix

The transparent OpSite Flexifix film is waterproof and enables skin-friendly fixation of wound dressings and dressing materials. It forms an effective barrier against bacteria and minimizes the risk of external infection. Due to high water vapor permeability, the film allows the skin to breathe and prevents skin maceration. The film is highly conformable and stretchable to increase patient comfort. The surface is particularly smooth, reducing the transmission of shear forces to the skin.
