The SavingTek mosquito forceps are a reusable instrument made of stainless steel. They are used for hemostasis as well as for grasping and holding tissue. The mosquito forceps, available with straight or curved jaws, are a small instrument with short shanks. They are optionally available with atraumatically serrated jaws or in a surgical version with 1:2 teeth at the tip.
