Handle models

The high-quality set consisting of otoscope and ophthalmoscope includes not only the K180 otoscope and ophthalmoscope heads, but also the matching BETA handle. We offer the set with different handle models. You can choose between the following:

• The BETA battery handle can be used with all 2.5 V instrument heads. Since it is really easy to use, it is particularly appropriate for home visits. You will need to separately purchase IEC LR14 1.5 V batteries.

• The BETA4 USB rechargeable handle can be used with all 3.5 V heads. The handle can be fully charged in 4 hours with any USB plug or other USB power source (not included). The BETA4 USB rechargeable handle consists of one Li-ion battery and one BETA4 USB base unit.
• The BETA4 NT rechargeable handle has a Li-ion battery and is also suitable for 3.5 heads. The BETA4 NT handle has the matching base unit for the stationary NT4 table charger and is fully charged in approx. 2 hours. Thanks to the Li-ion technology, the handle can remain in the charging station as there is no memory effect.
