The replacement set for the HEINE XP emergency set contains five HEINE laryngoscope blades for single use in various designs. The blades enable fast and safe laryngoscopy. In addition, the set is also available complete with a disposable sleeve for the laryngoscope insert of the XP Emergency Set - for a quick refresh of the emergency kit and hygienic use. Small Miller blades and three sizes of disposable Macintosh blades are suitable for replacement for the HEINE XP Emergency Set case, but can also be useful as basic equipment in any emergency bag. The selection of disposable blades reflects the most commonly used sizes for children and adults and provides physicians with a comprehensive set for endotracheal intubation. The laryngoscope blades are compatible with all Green Standard handles and provide bright illumination of the working field through the integrated light guide. Matching the illumination insert of the emergency set, the blade combination is also available including a disposable laryngoscope handle sleeve. This is fitted with the HEINE XP laryngoscope insert from the emergency set and is thus a hygienic handle unit. After use, the disposable handle sleeve can be separated from the illumination unit without contamination and can be disposed of.
